Classification
There were several different religious groups that were involved with the Bosnian Genocide. There was the Serbs, who were also known as Orthodox Catholic Christians. Then there were the Croats who were Roman Catholic and the Bosniaks who were Sunni Muslims. The two classifications were really Serbs or non Serbs. The leader of Bosnia saw the Serbs being the dominant religion in their country, which made the non Serbs very uncomfortable. That is what set off the Serbians.
Symbolization
No one in Bosnia was considered equal, therefore you were labeled. They were either labeled Croats, Serbs, or Bosniaks. Everyone in Bosnia who was labeled a Serb was an Orthodox Catholic Christian. The Serbians labeled everyone else who was not a Orthodox Catholic Christian either Croat or Bosniak.
Dehumanization
Dehumanization was a big part of the Bosnian Genocide, and is also a big part in any genocide that took place or is taking place today. The Serbs had no mercy towards the non Serbs. They didn't even look at them as humans. They just simply starved them and murdered them without thinking twice about any of it.
Organization & Preparation
When looking at organization and preparation, they are somewhat alike in this case scenario. The Serbians did pretty much everything when it came to organizing and preparing. There was no actual list on who they Serbs wanted to go after. They just prepared and organized the concentration camps for anyone who wasn't a Serbian.
Extermination
Extermination is just another word for killing. The Serbs exterminated many non Serbs between the time periods of 1992 and 1995. They did this through concentration camps and death camps. The Serbians killed 200,000 non Serbs and left 20,000 missing.
Denial
Though some of the Serbs tried covering up the remains of what they had done to the Croats and the Bosniaks, the only people that really denied and tried to cover up the Bosnian Genocide was the Bosnia television.
